FleetSteady LLC is registered in Missouri and operates this informational website about software for independent trucking contractors. These Terms address public website information and contact links. Private software access, subscriptions and customer services require separate agreements.

Capabilities and access.

FleetSteady remains in private preview. Capability labels distinguish preview features from unreleased functionality and features requiring third-party permission. Illustrations are not live customer dashboards. No general-availability date is promised.

On-site inquiry submission is disabled. An email inquiry does not create an account, grant company access, reserve service or authorize a provider integration. Eligibility, pricing and private service terms require separate agreement.

Appropriate use.

Use the website lawfully and share only information you are authorized to provide. Do not attempt unauthorized access to private routes, another company's records or provider accounts, or interfere with website operation.

Email links open your own email application. Do not send credentials or sensitive operational exports through a general website inquiry. The Privacy Policy describes website and email-contact handling.

Independent providers.

FedEx and Motive names identify the operating context or third-party services discussed. FleetSteady is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by or partnered with FedEx or Motive. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Provider-powered use requires appropriate customer account authority, applicable provider terms and any required written permission. This website does not establish Motive data-use, derived-report, distribution, retention or deletion rights.

IVMR information.

Website descriptions of IVMR features do not establish FedEx approval of FleetSteady or guarantee regulatory compliance. Authorized users must review mileage evidence, warnings and corrections before finalizing operational reports. Features labeled unreleased are not available for general use.
