FleetSteady LLC is registered in Missouri and operates this informational website. This notice covers public website visits and messages sent to its business email contacts. Private application accounts, company operational records and provider integrations require separate privacy and customer terms.

Website information.

Render hosts the website. Page delivery involves technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information. Render may process technical and security records under its service practices.

The public website uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers and sets no public-site cookies of its own. Images, styles and scripts are served from the same website origin. Private application sign-in, your browser and external email services have separate storage and cookie behavior.

The website does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. No cross-site advertising tracker is included.

Email correspondence.

Email links open your own email application. If you send a message, your email provider and Spaceship Spacemail handle email addresses, message content, attachments and routing information. FleetSteady LLC reviews its shared business mailbox to handle support, privacy, security and business matters.

Optional Spacemail AI data sharing is disabled for FleetSteady's mailbox. Spaceship's published Spacemail terms describe security screening, possible third-party AI moderation and service backups. Disabling optional AI data sharing does not remove provider security processing. Please send only necessary information and avoid passwords, provider tokens and sensitive customer or driver records.

On-site inquiries.

On-site inquiry submission is disabled. The website does not submit or persist form entries. Entries typed into the form remain in the current page's memory; FleetSteady does not save form entries in browser localStorage. Your browser or email application may have its own storage or autofill settings.

The website has no newsletter enrollment, automated inquiry email delivery or public customer-account creation. Any future collection workflow will require an updated notice before activation.

Use, retention and service providers.

Correspondence is used to address the matter you raise. Render provides website hosting and Spaceship Spacemail provides business email; those providers and their service providers can process information for delivery, operation and security.

Correspondence is retained according to the purpose of the matter, ongoing business needs and applicable requirements. This notice does not promise a fixed retention period. Provider technical records, backups and recipient copies can remain after a visit or removal from an active mailbox. This notice does not establish a data-residency guarantee.

Privacy requests and security concerns.

Email privacy@fleetsteady.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information related to your correspondence. Identify the relevant message or matter with minimal information. Verification of your identity or authority may be needed before a request can be completed.

Do not send identity documents or credentials unless a necessary verification method has been agreed through a verified channel. A request does not automatically erase information, and deletion may be affected by applicable requirements, provider backups or copies held by recipients.

Use security@fleetsteady.com for security concerns. Both privacy and security addresses are aliases of the monitored support@fleetsteady.com business mailbox. No response-time guarantee or 24/7 coverage is promised.
