FleetSteady LLC monitors the primary support mailbox, including messages received through the privacy and security aliases. These addresses share one business mailbox rather than independently staffed teams.
What to include.
Describe the page or workflow, what you expected and what happened. An approximate time and a redacted error message may help. Send only necessary information. Do not email passwords, OAuth codes, provider tokens, full driver records, precise vehicle-location history or unredacted mileage exports.
For a security report, provide a minimal description and affected public URL without sensitive query parameters. Sending a report does not authorize testing, access to another company's records or public disclosure.
Response and service expectations.
Mailbox monitoring does not establish support hours, a guaranteed response time, 24/7 coverage or an automated response or incident service. This email channel is not an emergency service.
FleetSteady remains in private preview. Contacting support does not create an account, grant access or activate a provider integration. Private service commitments require separate agreement.
Support responsibility and privacy.
FleetSteady is responsible for support of its own website and software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by or partnered with FedEx or Motive. Questions about those providers' own services should follow their support channels.
Email uses Spaceship Spacemail and is subject to provider processing described in the Privacy Policy. A privacy request does not automatically erase information. The Privacy Policy and public Website Terms are linked in the footer. On-site inquiry submission remains disabled.
